Sunday Morning Studies
The following Bible studies meet on Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:15 at Christ Lutheran.
Leviticus: Why Blood Matters
Location: Family Life Center (gym)
Leader: Pastor Schemm
Have you ever wondered why Jesus is referred to as the great high priest? Would you like to learn more about the significance of sacrifices in the Old Testament? This study explores the connection between the sacrifices and regulations in Leviticus and how Jesus is the fulfillment of them all.
Women’s Bible Study for Busy Women (Women’s Group)
Location: Sunday School Wing: Northwest Room
Leader: Maddy Jackson
Please join us for our women's Bible class located in the last classroom on the right in the classes above the gym. All ages welcome. Women with small children (too young for Sunday School) are also welcome since we have a few toys in there for the little ones to play with. We are currently using the books of Jennifer Hatmaker who uses humor and real-life examples to dive into the word. It's more of a modern women's Bible study from a busy mother, wife, and full-time employee's perspective.
Law and Gospel
Location: Pastor's Study
Leader: David Bruns
This group is currently studying Law and Gospel by C.F.W. Walther. This is a great study to understand some basic principles in Lutheran theology.
The Daily Walk (Women's Group)

Leader: Mary Davis
This group is going through the life of Christ by studying the Gospels. Each study looks at the four Gospel books to take a closer look at Jesus' life and ministry.
