The Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging (JAAA) will soon begin hosting their Care 4 All Respite Program twice a week here at Christ. This daytime program offers physical and mental stimulation as well as socialization for adults with a dementia diagnosis, while giving caregivers some much needed respite. JAAA is looking for volunteers to assist their staff – you would be mixing and mingling with an awesome group of seniors who just happen to have memory issues.
