What We Believe

• Involving young people in the ministry of Jesus Christ through the congregation and in the community.

• Loving and fearing God so that we do not despise preaching and His Word, but hold it sacred and gladly hear and learn it.

• Belonging to one another only through and in Jesus Christ. Social fellowship of community is not what binds us but the faith we hold. Namely, that God has acted and wants to act upon us all, this makes us glad and happy but, it also makes us ready to forego all such experiences when God at times does not grant them. We need each other or we may become uncertain and discouraged.

Youth Groups:

Sr. High (9th-12th Grade) Providing a Christian youth community focused on the Word of God.

• A Christian community is more than a collection of individuals. A Christian community is a source of joy and strength. A Christian community helps keep us accountable because we need each other to reflect Christ because He is in us.

• The Word of God is Jesus Christ Himself, the written Word, the Preached Word, and the Visible Word (Sacraments).

Downtown Heaven: (6th-8th Grade) Strengthening our relationships with Christ Jesus; to develop and practice our Christian skills with and for each other.

One Man Café: (6th-12th Grade) Seeking a stronger relationship with Christ by connecting with God’s Word and each other.
